Located in the residential beach community of Kailua on the east coast of Oahu, 23 miles from the Honolulu airport and Waikiki. We are just 1/2 mile to Kailua Beach and Kailua town for restaurants and shopping. There are no hotels. The island of Oahu is 30 miles wide and 44 miles long (as the crow flies). All attractions and activities are within a 60 to 75 minute drive from Papaya Paradise, including the North Shore where large winter waves draw major surfing events. Pearl Harbor is just a 20 minute drive, Hanauma Bay at 15 minute drive with great snorkeling. Windsurfing and Kite surfing is offered at Kailua Beach along with kayaking.
Only two units available, so it is very quiet and private. Each unit has a private entry and private bath, TV, A/C and ceiling fan. Units are furnished with tropical wicker, rattan, and comfortable lounge chairs.
Self-catered breakfast to enjoy at your leisure. We offer fresh brewed coffee or tea, plus cereals with milk, bagels with cream cheese, bread for toast, jellies, peanut butter etc.
Our shared kitchen has a refrigerator with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, eating utensils, dishes.
Beach accessories including boogie boards for guests use.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit:
$100 deposit for 3 day stay.
$200 deposit for more than 3 days.
Minimum stay of 3 days.
Accepted means of deposit:
Personal, bank or signed traveler's check(s), PayPal (using personal tab or fee will be added to bill)
Deposits must be received within 7 days … Credit cards are not accepted.
Balance due is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to reservations will receive a full refund of deposit monies. If reserved days/number of people is reduced or if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to reservation, the deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook the days.
The use of the property is for registered guests. No outside visitors are permitted.
