Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a
deposit by way of a personal/business check or counter-signed traveler's
checks.

taxes, cleaning or security) |

The remainder of the balance is to be paid
30 days before confirmed date of arrival. Payment to be paid
either in cash or personal, bank, or traveler's checks. Credit cards are not accepted. |

Upon receipt of final payment we will
give you a lockbox code for the apartment keys, the telephone number and
directions from the airport. |
|
|
|
| Please
note when leaving the unit, in order to receive a refund of you security
deposit you must do the
following:
Remove as much sand as possible from the unit. |
|
Take out all trash and recyclable items. Throw away all open foods that
can't be reused. |
|
Return keys to lockbox and parking pass to unit. |
|
Bring patio chairs into unit. |
|
Leave no more than one set of dirty sheets per bed and one set of dirty
towels per guest. |
| The $75.00
non-refundable cleaning fee covers basic thorough cleaning of the unit and
washing of two loads of towels and sheets. If the unit is left excessively
dirty or more than two loads of laundry need to be done then the
additional charge will be deducted from the security deposit. |
